Silent Friends

It all started in March 2018. I was standing under a huge tree and looking at the sky. Then all of a sudden, I realized that the sky appeared way more beautiful, almost magical when It was seen through a frame made of branches and leaves. As a new Torontonian, the trees of the city were the most welcoming and enchanting inhabitants for me with their huge trunks, leaves, blossoms, seeds, fruits… With every passing season, I’ve watched their ever-changing looks and admired textures and patterns of their magnificent trunks. And finally, I noticed that they were telling me that “it’s in all of us” by containing and reflecting the colors of the sky, clouds, spring, autumn,  summer, all throughout.
